What’s happening at Woodward Chrisp
We are very pleased to welcome three new solicitors to Woodward Chrisp who have joined us over the last two months.
Sarah CranswickSarah grew up on a farm in Tolaga Bay (just less than an hour from Gisborne up the East Coast). Before making the move to Woodward Chrisp, Sarah spent 3 ½ years at a local accounting firm working and achieving her chartered accountancy. She continues to work in this area with her involvement in the family business. Sarah was admitted as a solicitor in the High Court in August 2019 and works in our property / commercial team.
Rifat MayadurRifat moved to New Zealand in February 2018. Rifat studied law in London and Liverpool and completed his conversion papers at the University of Waikato in December 2018. He was admitted as a solicitor in the High Court in December 2019. Rifat also works in our property / commercial team.
Petula ReedyPetula studied at the University of Waikato and was admitted as a solicitor to the High Court in July 2021. She has recently moved to Gisborne from Hamilton where she was employed as a law clerk. Petula works in our family team.
