Woodward Chrisp is the amalgamation of two long established Gisborne legal firms: Woodward Iles & Co and Chrisp and Chrisp. Today’s partners are Adam Simperingham, Jeff Allen and Ellie FitzGerald. On 30 September 2019, we welcomed Joe Martin as a consultant and we are proud to continue to offer ongoing services to locals who have been Burnard Bull & Co clients prior to this date. Ross Revington provides consultancy services to us following his retirement in October 2020. We also established a Wairoa office in October 2020, taking over the practice of Ian McDonald, who had been operating as a sole practitioner in Wairoa for over forty years. Our firm is a member of NZ Law which is an association of 52 independent law firms.
