Jane Rau joined Woodward Chrisp as General Manager in December 2025. Jane brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in finance and strategic management across diverse industries, including agriculture, property, and processing and sales. She is a Chartered Accountant, with a strong foundation in business strategy and operational excellence.
Jane is passionate about building resilient businesses, fostering innovation, and leading teams through change. She has a proven ability to deliver strategic outcomes and enhance operational performance.
Interests
Outside of work, Jane has a number of community governance roles, she enjoys spending time on the farm with her family and is a keen horse rider competing in show jumping.
