Background
Christine is a registered legal executive with a background of over 25 years in property and commercial law specialising in sale and purchase of real estate and businesses, subdivisions, leasing, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. She completed her legal executive certificate with the NZ Institute of Legal Executives in 1996. She began her legal career in Auckland working for firms Duncan Cotterill and DLA Piper. She also worked for many years as the legal executive for James Kirkpatrick involved in the sale, purchase and leasing of multi level commercial and residential buildings in Auckland city and subdivision and leasing of industrial parks. Her prior experience also includes acting for large land developers completing large scale subdivisions and in the Newmarket train station mixed use unit title development. Originally from Gisborne, she returned many years ago to the place she loves and knows as home.
